Jewish traditional recipes.
Piedmont's cooking. Culinary art's library with the
books I wrote.

We have a big dining room for thirty people,
two small rooms for breakfasts and more intimate dinners. Outside a large
shadowy terrace among roses and oleanders with tables for good season's meals and long chairs to rest. We cook on
Sundays, always on booking, including all Jewish, secular and religious festivities.
We prepare a dinner tray with many good foods for people coming
for one night.
La Miniera prepares a cornucopia of recipes for its guests from both the Jewish-Italian and the Piedmont's traditions., all of them cooked with La Miniera's own orchard fruits, farm-fresh eggs, vegetables, aromatic herbs and with locally produced meats and cheeses. A
halavì kosher meal
can be served on request, in glass dishes.
Every recipe is prepared in our kitchen, with all the care due to
precious gifts of nature. |

Come and taste our breads, salads, vegetables, ravioli, wild herbs and mushrooms, aromatics of every kind, edible
flowers, goose salami and pastrami, the best of Piedmont's meat and cheese,
honey from our woods, our fruits or jams and preserves ...and, of course, a good bottle of
wine.... kosher, if you wish... |
